Old days are back!!!!

The most enjoyable days of my life were the college days.

The bunking of lecture.
The canteen time with friends.
The “Cutting Chai” with friends at our “ADDA”.
The College festivals.
Teasing Girls.
Sometime being DADA of the college “Only when the group is around”.
The frank interaction with Professors.
The love Meter.
The EXAM time.
The result time.
The black-list time.

Now from 1st July onwards, My new College days are started it will be different but am sure I will enjoy it and make the most out of it. I really don’t know when again we will receive a chance like this b’coz once the Family Life starts we will not be able to enjoy all these stuffs as we are doing now.

Mumbai Summers.........

Whenever I walk on the streets of Mumbai, I always remember the street food of Mumbai which is known for its huge variety and taste. Ranging from the bhelpuri, pani puri, the vada pav to pav bhaji and many more. However, with the rising mercury levels I decided to explore a few of the food options that people prefer to keep cool during summer.

The Mumbai heat is beginning to get unbearable. Getting out of the house during the daytime means feeling absolutely exhausted and when you are back to home it gives you a feeling that "You just had a shower". The scorching sun and the high humidity levels have made it very difficult. However, the office goers and those in a marketing job really do not have an option but to bear it all.

There are several food and drinks stalls that have good business during the summer. The sugarcane juice centers are definitely a familiar sight on the streets of Mumbai. The rising temperatures have made it a seasonal business for these centers. Refreshing tall glasses of sugarcane juice is really tasty. The "Ice Gola" you may also call it as the famous Mumbai ice candy. So these were some feelings that I experince during summers. Hope to see your feeling also, so do comments on this.

You all may think what a stupid question am asking, drinks are made to drink with friends. We share most of our secrets with our closer friends, So its obvious we share joy, sorrow & drinks with our friends. Here are some reasons why am asking you this stupid question;

A nice article about Love - by Swami Vivekananda.

I once had a friend who grew to be very close to me. Once when we were sitting at the edge of a swimming pool, she filled the palm of her hand with some water and held it before me, and said this: "You see this water carefully contained on my hand? It symbolizes Love."

This was how I saw it: As long as you keep your hand caringly open and allow it to remain there, it will always be there. However, if you attempt to close your fingers round it and try to posses it, it will spill through the first cracks it finds This is the greatest mistake that people do when they meet love...they try to posses it, they demand, they expect... and just like the water spilling out of your hand, love will retrieve from you .

For love is meant to be free, you cannot change its nature. If there are people you love, allow them to be free beings.

Give and don't expect.
Advise, but don't order.
Ask, but never demand.

Recession leaves Kerala Untouched!!!!

We all are aware about the current period. But you will be surprised when you will see something which will be unbelievable. The updated GOLD price 10gm each has reached to Rs. 15,420/- then also people buy gold just like buyoing potato......

I would like to share one pic where you may rethink wether its a recession period or not. PLease have a look .............

Bling!!!! The lady is wearing almost 150 tola gold which will cost approx Rs. 24,00,000/-. Its a huge amount just for GOLD.

This shows how recession leaves Kerala Untouched.

Its our 60th Republic Day!!!!!

Dear All,
We are now celebrating the 60th Republic Day. This day has lots of importance in our Indian History. It was the day when India became a truly sovereign state and the constitution of India came into force. But today I feel very sad about what i saw in TV news channels & around me.

Yesterday when i was watching a News Channel where the reporter asked many of the MLA's Ministers regarding our republic day but no one was able to give an accurate answers for that. I even felt bad when the reporter asked one of the minister to sing our National Anthem which he was not aware about. I was really schoked with his sudden reaction that he made "Vande Mataram, Jai hind!!". The person who was elected to serve the nation & was unaware about the National Anthem.

Another incident that i rememner is that in my friends shop one person came from the Vegetable Market to order a Hording for their market on occassion of Republic Day. The content in that Hording was to show all the Soldiers & Police men like our "Hemant Karkare". But the person was not aware about their name like Who is Hemant Karkare, Who is Mr. Salaskar etc. the I asked him, do you know who were they, he replied "Mujhe kya karna hai bas publicity ke liye karrahe hai". The statement was very schocky. I was totally blank after hearing his answer.

Now the question come like how many of us are aware about our National Anthem, Our Shaheed Soldiers & Police Men. The main Q. Why we celebrate Republic Day????

Local Train Travelling.

I am a regular traveller of local train that also from Ambernath to Kurla & vice-a-versa it takes almost 3 hours for me only for the train travelling. Every day its a new experience in this travelling, sometimes we can hear beautiful songs by some drunkards even some ear bursting abusing words. When i was in Datamatics i used to have 2nd shift & sometime I reaches home at 2.30 AM at time I used to travel by 12.53 AM local where one group sings their favourite song. I dont remember the whole song but the line was somewhere like this....

"Acha Chaska Laga Mujhe Beer Bar Ka, Yaar ne hi loot liya ghar pyar ka" they have changed the line of the song "Acha Silla diya tune mere pyar ka.....".

We used enjoy that song whenever we travel by that train. It was really one of my great time with my other friends.
I think i am now used to such situations. but what about those people who want rick or car at their door step till their office. I have always imagined what if someday they have to travel by train, even if it is in 1st class.
